I admit it, I use this filter alot ! The effect it gives to a tag I think it's just wonderful.

For this tut you'll need PSP 7 or 8 (get it here)
Toadies filter (download here)
A couple of tubes of your choice
A working knowledge of PSP and creativity !

Ok let's get started. Open a new image 400 x 400 or smaller depends on the size you like, I like it big ! Open your tube copy and paste it on your image as a new layer (layer 1). Duplicate this layer (right click your layerpalette and click duplicate). Make layer 2 invisible. Go back to your first layer and copy your tube again then paste it a couple of times across your image.

When you are satisfied with the result, go to "effects" - plug in filters - toadies and select "blast em!", use default settings. If you don't like the colors you always can colorize the toadies effect.

Make your layer 2 visible use your mover tool to put the tube in the right place. Add a drop shadow.

Add a new layer if you are adding additional accent tubes. Don't forget to add a drop shadow !

Add a new raster layer for your name, pick a font of your choice, add your name and after that add a drop shadow.

Merge all layers visible, and you're finished ! The possibilities with that filter is endless, have fun !
