For this tutorial you need PSP7
Almathera filter you can get that here
EyeCandy 4000 you can get that here
Superbladepro you can get that here
A tube of your choice

Ok let's get started. Open a transparent image 350 x 350 floodfill it with your tube so your entire image is covered.

Go to Effects - Geometric effects - Circle.
Go to Selections - select all - float

Go to Effects - plugin filters - Almathera warper apply these settings

Go to Selections - Defloat

Click on your deformation tool and hold your ctrl button and pull it inside like this

Then pull it down like this

Add a new raster layer and apply your tube there like this and add a drop shadow : V & H = 4, Opacity = 40, Blur = 6

If you notice your tag is near the side of your canvas, adjust your canvas size, at the end we can crop and resize our image to our likeness. Go to Image - Canvas size

Duplicate your flower layer and flip that layer : Image - flip. Move your flower with your mover tool till it's in it's in the right spot. Activate your bottom layer, the one with your reflecting plate, Selections all - float - invert. While the ants are marching around your plate activate your duplicated flower layer and hit delete. Then you adjust your layer opacity to 50.

Return to your plate layer and Invert your selection : Selections - Invert

Go to Effects - plugin filters - EC4000 - Shadowlab and apply these settings. Shadow color #404040

Deselect

Activate your top layer and add a new raster layer. Set your foreground color to null and your background color to #FFFFFF. Click on your Text tool and type your name.

Click OK. With your name still selected fire up your Superbladepro filter. Effects - plugin filters - superbladepro and select a silky texture. Apply your superbladepro. With your text selected apply same EC4000 shadowlab as above.

Deselect.

Merge all layers visible and crop your tag. Finished !
