| We are going to paint this dove. A dove always had a special meaning to me so this is going to be my first pixel painting tutorial :)
Fire up your PSP, this tutorial can be done in all versions of PSP.
Remember to save often !
Open a new image 128 x 92. Set your paintbrush to : Shape = square, Size = 1, Hardness-Opacity-Density = 100, Step =25. Color = #000000
Important uncheck your anti-alias !!
Outline your dove by using the screenshots below.
Save your work !

Once you're finished with the outline use your magic wand to select the inner body. Magic wand settings are RBG value, tolerance = 0, feather = 0, sample merged unchecked.
You may want to zoom in your picture so you'll have everything inside selected. Hold your shift key if you are selecting more areas.
Floodfill the body with #FFFFFF. Go to selections and invert your selection. Go to Effects and apply a dropshadow with either #A7A9FB or #808080.
Settings for your drop shadow are H & V = 2
Opacity = 65
Blur = 7
Deselect and save your work !
Select the inside of the Doves mouth and floodfill it with this color #DD9701. To give the mouth some depth use this color #FEDC92, activate your paintbrush and apply the highlight.
Save your work and you are finished !!
