For this tutorial you will need alot of plugins but it's fun just to experiment with them !

Psp 7
KTP7 effects plugin
EyeCandy 4000
Superbladepro
Xero 2
a slattube of your choice
a tube of your choice

Ok let's get going !

Open an transparant image 450 x 450. Open your slat tube and copy your slat as a new layer on your transparant image. Close your slattube. Goto Selections - select all - float. In case your slat isn't black floodfill it with #000000.

Go to effects and fire up your KTP 6 plugin there you select fraxflame II. Open your presets by clicking here

Select your preset and close the KTP plugin

Go to Effects - 3D-effects - innerbevel and apply these settings

Deselect

Go to Effects - plugins open your EC4000 and apply a gradient glow with these settings : color #C0C0FF

Add a new raster layer and copy your tube, deselect in case your tube is selected. Go to Effects plugins "Xero" and apply the ultravioletfilter i've used the default settings, you can fiddle around with these till you are satisfied with the result.
Apply EC4000 gradient glow with the same settings above.

Add a new raster layer. Click your texttool, foreground null, background #000000. I've used BlackadderII font here, position your name on the tag. With your text still selected apply KTP fraxflame II again, if you like this result you can apply an innerbevel or in my case i've used the superbladepro filter. I've used a smooth silver preset. After this you only have to apply your EC4000 gradient glow on your name and deselect.

Merge your layers visible. Crop your image but beware not to crop to close to the gradient. You can resize your image if necessary, don't forget to sharpen after you resized.

Your finished !
