I made the tag in PSP 9 but you can also made in 7 & 8.

For this tutorial you will need :
EC 4000
A tube of your choice

Open a new image 500 x 500 pixels, don't worry about the size we can always crop later.

Make your backgroundcolor white #FFFFFF and select your text tool : Vector, I used the font Heavy Heap, size 72. Make the text bigger so it would look like this

Convert your text layer to a raster layer and click selections -> select all -> float. Download my glitterytile and make it your foreground texture and floodfill your selection with the glitterytile. Do not deselect.

Go to Effects -> plugins -> EC4000 -> glass and apply these settings :

Click ok and there's your gold ivory text !

Go to Effects -> 3D effects and apply a dropshadow with following settings :

Open the tube of your choice and paste it as a new layer, you may want to resize to 75% and add the same drop shadow as above, crop your image and merge all your layers visible and voilà you got yourself a new tag !
