This tutorial is written for PSP 9 but can also be done in previous versions.

What will you need :

PSP
A font of your choice
Tutorialsupplies : tube and mask.

Let's get started ! Unzip your supplies and copy the mask in your maskfolder.

Open your tube and hit shift + D to duplicate it. Close your original tube. Duplicate flowerlayer and X it out.

Copy the flower and paste it (several times) everywhere on your canvas so no background is visible anymore. When you are sure everything is covered. Go to Adjust -> Blur -> Gaussian blur -> radius : 20,00.

Next go to Adjust -> brightness and contrast -> brightness and contrast and apply this setting.

Go to your flower layer and click the X to make it visible again. Move your flower up a bit so the stem won't be visible to much. Lower your layer opacity to 85.

Apply a drop shadow settings below

Merge visible.

Then you go to Adjust -> softness -> soft focus and apply these settings.

Now it's time to apply your mask. Go to Layers -> Load/Save Mask -> Load mask from disk and select your mask.

Merge group and apply a texture. Go to Effects -> texture effects -> texture. Select the 'canvas simple' texture and apply these settings.

Now you can add your quote and your name to the tag. I picked #836a61 as foreground color and #eccabe as background color. Apply your name and add a dropshadow

and your dreamy tag is finished. Of course the image is to big to use. You can resize it to 60 or 70 % : resample using : bicubic.
