4. Adding noise and sparkles :

We going to make a glitter sparkle background tile here, not the same as in 2 & 3 we are going to use a few plugins for this one.

Ok lets get started. Open an image 100 x 100 pixels, transparant background. Floodfill it with a color of your choice. Apply the Ulead Art Texture filter with a setting you desire. You end up with something looking like this.

Hit shift-D 3 times and delete your first image. Activate your first image and apply your snowflakes plugin with these settings

click on Effects - Sharpen - Sharpen and save your image as pspn1.

Activate your 2nd image apply your snowflakes with these settings

sharpen your image and save as pspn2.

Activate your 3rd image and apply these snowflakes settings

sharpen your image and save as pspn3.

Go back to your first image (pspn1) and add sparkles following the steps i wrote down here. Continue this with the 2 other images and open them into Animation Shop. You'll get this result.
