3. Adding sparkles :

We going to add sparkles in this tutorial. We use psp picture tubes for that. Open your image that you want to animate in PSP and hit shift-D 3 times, close your original image. If you use your original image you'll notice from time to times your animation will jump so instead make a copy of it.

Click on your picture tube tool and select a sparkle tube. Set your sparkle scale at 25, step at 200.

Activate your first image and add random sparkles, you can change scale if you want smaller or bigger sparkles. Save your image as psps1 onto your desktop or special animation folder.

Activate next image and again add random sparkles, save that image as psps2.

Activate your last image and repeat previous steps.

Open your Animation Shop and click on animation wizard follow the instructions i wrote down here.

If the animation is going to fast or to slow. Click on "Edit" - "select all" and rightclick on your frames there in that pop up menu select "frame properties" and adjust the speed of your animation (display time in .... ) and your finished :)
